Vista gardens is a retail complex comprising of a Home Depot, Target and Shoppers stores (all designed by others). Our services were for the support structures which included a 2 story, 41,000 s.f. retail & office structure, a one story 19,000 s.f. Office Depot building, a one story 10,000 s.f. retail building, and approximately 5,600 lineal foot of site screen and retaining walls which varied in height from 22 feet above grade to 12 feet retaining grade.
