Structural Challenges included removing significant portions of existing load bearing walls, lowering entire basement by 2 feet to create a more open feel in the men’s locker room, connecting the clubhouse to the 18th green (previously separated by the parking lot access road) by creating a tunnel with a patio over head adjacent to the new grille, and adding a three story members entrance from the parking lot to the clubhouse.
